Honestly, I'm curious: what are your suggestions... what have we learned? (and not trying to be unconstructively provocative (but maybe you were)
Short of wishing them away (and then why not just wish the criminals away?) What can be done?
Commenting from a country where guns are largely banned, but for some reason gun crime still happens. If only criminals would follow the law!
